Check-in is confirmed from 15:00hrs, if you arrive earlier and the room is available, you can check-in, otherwise we can store your luggage until the room is ready.

If you are going to arrive later than 22:00hrs, please let us know so that we can take this into account.

An identity document (ID card, passport…) will be required to access the hotel, as well as a credit card as a guarantee.

Check-Out is until 12:00hrs, and we can store luggage if necessary without any time limit.

If you need to check-out later than 12:00hrs, please ask our reception team the day before so that they can inform you of the possibilities.

Our reception team is available 24 hours a day to help you.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00, always with prior reservation the day before. When you arrive at the hotel we will explain the breakfast options we offer.

The opening hours of our restaurant La Antoñita are as follows:

Monday and Thursday: from 19:00 to 00:30

Friday, Saturday and Sunday: from 12:30 to 00:30

Tuesdays and Wednesdays close for rest of staff.

Inside shower:

• Gel
• Shampoo

Outside the shower:

• Body Milk and liquid soap placed on the washbasin counter next to the basket of accessories.
• Basket/tray with other accessories (Tissues, shower cap, comb, shoe shine, make-up remover, cotton buds.
• Dental kit and razor kit. You can ask for them as extras at the reception desk.

If you come by car, remember that you have to leave it in a public car park, as we are inside Madrid Central.

The two closest car parks to the hotel are Parking Plaza Mayor and Parking Mercado de La Cebada.
